Salon Pet-iculars

All groomed dogs must have proof of current vaccinations within the previous twelve months against:

• Distemper
• Hepatitis
• Parvovirus
• Parainfluenza
• Bordetella
• Rabies

All groomed cats must have proof of current vaccinations within the previous twelve months against:

• Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis
• Calicivirus
• Panleukopenia
• Chlamydiosis
• Rabies
• Feline Leukemia (recommended)
• Feline Infectious Peritonitis (recommended)

All recent vaccinations must have been administered at least ten (10) days prior to grooming.
