Availability

• The Community Room is available 9 AM - 6 PM Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday.

Room Amenities

• 34 1/2 long x 16’ wide room to accommodate up to 20 people.
• Protect-all specialty flooring which is non-slippery and easy on joints.
• 20 black professional chairs can be supplied for your rental to have a sit down function such as a meeting. (The Animal Den will arrange chairs in the room based on your needs.)
• Private outside entrance.
• Public restrooms.
• On-site paved parking.

Usage Fees
Upon arrival you will be required to walk through the room with an Animal Den representative to assess the condition of the room. Any damage during your event must be reported immediately and will be assessed at full repair or replacement value.

All room rentals must be pre-paid.

Room Requirements

• You must be 21 years of age to rent the room. Children 21 and under must have adult supervision at all times.
• There will be no smoking, no alcoholic beverages, no gambling, no open flames, no firearms, no loud music on the Resort grounds or the surrounding area thereof.
• The renter shall not use the facilities in any manner as to violate any Federal, State or any other municipal statute, law, or ordinance.
• Profanity and unruly or abusive language or behavior will not be tolerated and may result in ejection from the facility and/or termination of the event.
• Nothing may be adhered to walls, ceiling, or floor. Food and beverage may be brought in (with exception of no red or
  similarly colored beverages).
• There is no access to oven, stove, microwave, sink, dishes, or cutlery.
• Use of equipment or furniture must be pre-approved.
• Nothing may be removed from the room. TV’s and park benches may not be moved.
• The Animal Den, Inc. reserves the right to approve or deny any organization for rental of room. All renters must sign Community Room Rental Contract prior to rental.
• Rental of room in the facility DOES NOT entitle you to use the remainder of the facility. All attendees must confine their use to the Community Room and restroom only. Hallway areas are for walk through use and are not part of the rental area.
• The room must be kept in the condition it is found. Once rental is complete please vacuum room with vacuum provided and ensure all doors to room are closed.
